Another Day with Danni

August 22, 2008

Danni is pretty chipper today. She's had a busy day a nurse and a nurses aide came by to do their thing. Then she went for a ride uptown with me to do some erronds and now she's watching a movie.

She's taken several walks and a spin around the house in wheely. It's nice to have these quiet uneventful days in between to rest up. I've been trying to catch up on work and some other things and sadly I've discovered facebook.

I can see now I better budget my time wisely! We ordered Danni a laptop. She got a letter from a lady who's daughter went through the same type of events and she sent her some funds to do whatever she wanted to with it. Danni's been wanting a laptop so we got her one. I think she'll enjoy it.

That's all from us for now, thanks again for all the prayers, thoughts and love.

I don't think it's sad that you found facebook. At 44 I just got a myspace page!!! Facebook is next! God bless the lady who sent the funds for the laptop. So many people are pulling for you. Prayers.

Isn't it wonderful to see how people from everywhere are actually togethter thru Christ?
There are truely no city limits, no county lines or state lines or countries? HE is our way and our light! Always keep in his direction and he will never let us wonder from his sights. Our prayers are always with you and Danni!

Danni,
Thank you for your sense of humor and your contagious smile. You have brought so much sunshine into so many lives. You're blessed with a wonderful family, parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and people who have been united through prayer. Know that you and your family are in my daily prayers and thoughts. When we have a moment of silence after morning pledge you come to mind immediately.
To the lady who was able to send you funds for that laptop, she is a very special person who will be blessed.
Always know that we are here with you through thoughts and daily prayers and reading this blog. Christie thank you for keeping all of us informed, I was gone for 6 weeks this summer and when I got where I had internet this blog was the first thing I checked. You all are a blessing to all of us.

thank you so much

Mrs. Barb Dunker
