Danni Today

February 29, 2008

Danni has been with her dad the last few days. She had a great time with her dad and stepmom eating at Olive Garden. The swelling in her face is all gone and her knees are not in pain anymore. Her vision is still double and today she has had a bit of a headache. Thank you for keeping her in your prayers. What would we do without them! Next week will begin the challenges of doctors’ appointments and trips to Ft. Wayne to prepare her for chemotherapy and radiation. The treatments won't start until the following week. Please don't stop praying now! I can imagine that everyone is all prayed out but maybe you could find a few more in your heart for her.

I think and pray for you and your family and Danni much. I'm a friend of your sister, Christy. Whenever I read your blog or hear about you from her, my mind thinks to the song by Casting Crowns, Praise You in this Storm. That is exactly what you are all doing. It's got to be one of the toughest choices to make but most decidedly the best and most important. I pray you are showered with blessings each and every day. That you continue to see His hand in everything through all you endure. Blessings.
