For Such A Time As This...

I’ve been doing some praying about this blog and what the Lord has for it. I wanted to know if it was his desire for me to continue as is or if I was to change things. For some time now I’ve felt like change was coming to my life and to the blog. This morning God directed my thoughts to Ecclesiastes 3; this scripture is an appropriate end for this blog and the beginning of something new.

While I am sad to leave this blog and move to the new one I’ve created, I’m also very excited to see what God will do. I will continue to write as God inspires me but it’s time to lay this chapter to rest and begin anew. The new blog is at http://www.christyminnick.blogspot.com/ and I have named it “For Such a Time as This.”

I close this chapter of my life with these words:

There is a time for everything and a season for every activity under heaven.
A time to be born and a time to die.
A time to plant and a time to uproot.

I leave this blog as a memorial to my beloved daughter so that her story may never be forgotten. I want the world to know that my loving God did a mighty work in Danni and all the lives that she touched.
